Our Story
Uni Language Solutions started as a group of highly-experienced Korean linguists – with an average of 10+ years of professional translation experience – who insist on “naturalism” in translation for a higher level of quality for our clients. Now, we are a group of linguists, and DTP specialists for over 40 languages including Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Thai, Khmer, Marshallese, Samoan, Tongan, Lao, Hmong, Karen, Nepali, Burmese, Dari, Farsi, Spanish, Arabic, Turkish, and a variety of Indian and African languages. We create translations with excellent accuracy, readability, and consistency that read like originals, not translations. Quality Assurance Process

Upon receiving the job order from the client, we check all job requirements, instructions, schedule, target audience, nature of project, etc. and decide the best way to proceed with the project.

We assign the job to the best qualified team with all the requirements and instructions.

Our team raise queries promptly, if any, during the process of original work, which we address immediately.

Upon initial delivery by our linguists, our internal QA team proceeds with the QA review, ensuring all the instructions were followed and verifying the accuracy of numbers, words that should be left in English, and proper treatment of mono/bilingual text. We take advantage of QA Tools at this stage to ensure the accuracy and reliability.

If any updates are needed after the QA process, we send the project back to the original team for adjustments.

Upon receiving the updated version, we finalize the job for presentation to the final target audience.

We make a delivery to the client in a timely manner.

If we receive any feedback from the client, we follow up to address all comments until the client is completely satisfied.
